Item #25266

WW2 German Luger Pistol by Mauser

  • Maker: Mauser
  • Model: Luger
  • Caliber: 9mm

  • Description: Serial #9675q, 9mm, 4” barrel with a fine, bright bore that has faint traces of mild freckling within the grooves. This is a “byf” coded pistol with “41” chamber date and matching numbers which retains 85-90% of the original blue finish that has some mild gray fading on the sides of the muzzle and along the projecting edges and bearing surfaces of the toggle and bolt. There is some further gray fading and mild cleaning marks on the sideplate and left side of the frame as well. The checkered wooden grips are newer replacements and are both only slightly worn with some very minor flattening of the points on either side. A matching serial number, aluminum base, “fxo” coded magazine is included. This is very good plus example of an early war Mauser Luger, and would make a great representative example for a collection.
