WW2 Japanese Type 14 Large Trigger Guard Pistol

  • Maker: Japanese
  • Model: Type 14
  • Caliber: 8mm

  • Description: Serial #67076 (no series), 8mm Nambu, 4 1/2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a Nagoya/Nambu marked, Showa 14.9 dated pistol (September, 1939) that retains 97-98% of the original blue with some mild silvering along the edges, as well as an additional small area of very light freckling at the right front of the frame. The trigger, safety lever and sear retain much of their original straw colors with some slight thinning on the safety lever. The grooved Asian hardwood grips are pencil numbered to the gun on the right panel and rate about excellent with a few very minor surface blemishes. All numbers match except the trigger guard assembly (216); the firing pin and guide are not numbered. This is an excellent large trigger guard Type 14 overall. FFL or C&R
