The large frame double action revolver in caliber .455. Introduced in 1915, this "N" frame had 5 screws and a 6 1/2" round, pinned barrel. The 6 shot fluted cylinder was slightly shorter than the 1st model to correct a condition of cartridge cases being too close to the recoil plate. This version has no caliber mark on the barrel. The barrel, cylinder and left grip panel show matching serial numbers. The grip number is penciled in place. The upper left frame and rear of cylinder have the military crossed flag proof. The left rear frame shows the "broad arrow over crown over 06 over over 11". The grip bottom shows the scratched initials "G.R." The front sight has been reconfigured to a target design. 97% blue remains with the grips grading fine. The bore grades bright, excellent. FFL or C&R
