This is a first series Woodsman produced in 1933 with the high speed ammo housing. A yellow string tag is included in the box stating "This Colt Woodsman is fitted with new mainspring housing -adapting this arm. For use with all standard .22 long rifle high speed or high velocity cartridges price $32.00." 90% original blue finish with some cold blue on the right slide and frame. Adjustable front and rear sights with the 6 5/8" barrel showing a bright, excellent bore. The box is somewhat tattered and shows the serial number in pencil on the bottom. The box is probably restoratable with some TLC. FFL or C&R
