SN G 7684 all matching, bright excellent bore. This Spanish Mauser was built by Ludwig Loewe and is dated 1896 on action and the stock. Unfortunately this antique Mauser was re-blued at sometime. The wood appears to be unsanded and excellent under a heavy coat of varnish. This finish could be stripped to drastically improve the appearance of this piece. This is an antique rifle that may have seen service in the Spanish American War. A sound piece despite the refinish and priced accordingly. Antique
