U.S.M.C WWII Era clock built by Chelsea Clock Co. Boston. This is the marking on the reverse of the bakelite case. Scratched numbered is A6273 X and 362970. The silver face is marked U.S. Marine Corps. The face is 6" and the depth 2 1/2". When wound, the seconds sweep functions but not the hands. The piece needs a tune up. An all original piece and a less than common USMC item.
