These binoculars are shown on page 18 in "A Guide To Hand Hold Military Binoculars" by Dr. Stephen Rohan. Markings as follows on the left ocular back "Military Stereo/6 X 30 and front "Serial No. EE 204073". The rigid ocular reads on the back "U.S. Naval Gun Factory/ Optical Shop Annex/Rochester, N.Y. U.S.A." and on the front "Signal Corps/U.S. Army". The left ocular has a built-in grid. Both eye pieces have flip-in orange filters. Brown leather covering and a leather neck strap. The original brown leather case has a compass on the top reading "Bausch & Lomb Optical Co. Rochester, N.Y.". The inside cover reads "U.S. Naval Gun Factory Optical Shop Annex/Rochester ,N.Y." The case has a leather shoulder strap. The glass has a few dirt specks but condition is very good overall.
