A field grade double with serial number 231832 showing production in 1913. The barrels measure 26 7/8 and appear to have been shortened with both chokes now measuring improved cylinder. The chambers measure 2 3/4" . Initials "E.L.C."" have been punched in on the bottom of the trigger plate and left barrel breech 80% thinning blue remains on the barrels with 20% protected case color on the frame. The wood grades good with the forend missing a chip from the right side. Mechanically fine with all matching numbers and a nice tight action. The right bore has some pitting, the left grades fine.
