An 1865 dated B.S.A. Enfield with London Small Arms Co. Snider conversion mark II**. The left stock is marked with D.C. in diamond (Dominion of Canada). The right stock is stamped with a 90 over 130. The bore grades fair with some frosting and roughness at the muzzle. War Department marked on the barrel and breech. Overall good plus condition one of the rifles as issued to the Winnipeg Batt. of Rifles. This unit saw service and action in the North West Rebellion. The wood has been improved and the clearing rod repaired. The rifle is a historical piece from a North West unit. Antique.
