Colt .22 New Line Revolver

  • Price: $895.00
  • Maker: Colt
  • Model: New Line
  • Caliber: .22

  • Description: Serial #18601, .22 RF, 2 1/4” barrel with a fine, bright bore that has a few minor spots of freckling within the grooves. This is a handsome little revolver, made in 1873, that has 80-85% of the original nickel remaining that has flaked lightly along the edges of the cylinder flutes. Some of the original bright fire blue can still be seen on the screwheads, and most still remains along the back of the hammer. The rosewood grips are correct, but numbered to another gun on the interior, and have some light surface wear, especially on the sides of the butt. The mechanism is fully functional, and locks up smartly. This is a very nice looking .22 New Line that would make a fine addition to any collection. Antique
