- Description: Serial #105006-S, .22 LR, 6" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a 1952-made pistol that has retained 95-97% of the original blue finish, with some silvering at the muzzle, as well as further fading along the top of the slide, bearing surfaces, and on the matte finished gripstraps. The right side of the frame has a line of short scratches at the serial number, and some fainter scratches on the left side of the slide at the edge of the top radius. The checkered plastic grips are in fine shape, with little wear or flattening of the points evident, however the left panel has warped slightly at the butt. The pistol is housed in an original brown one-piece Colt box with gold end label that contains: papers; original Colt test target; two plastic backstrap inserts; metal oiler, and a single original magazine. This is a very nice 2nd Series Woodsman, and is in fine condition overall. FFL or C&R
