Item #39354

Luger Model 1907 .45 ACP Test Pistol by Lugerman Eugene Golubtsov

  • Maker: Golubtsov
  • Model: Luger
  • Caliber: .45

  • Description: Serial #39, .45 ACP, 4 3/4 inch barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a modern, 100% faithful remake of the iconic US .45 Test Luger, submitted by DWM to the 1907 US Army trials, and was made by Luger Man Inc. of Levittown, PA. The pistol retains practically all of the original rust blue finish, with a commensurate amount of the original straw color on the safety, magazine release, takedown lever, and ejector. The checkered walnut grip panels are likewise in virtually unused condition. The pistol is housed in its original plexi-topped wooden display/presentation case, with the original upscaled .45 takedown tool/magazine loader, two wooden base magazines, and two aluminum base magazines. This is a superbly made pistol, with current wait times for new orders in the 9 month range. This example is available without a wait, and would make a splendid addition to any collection. FFL
