S&W .38 M&P Model 1905 4th Change Revolver

• Description: Serial #516183, .38 Special, 4" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This is a nice, five-screw revolver that has matching numbers on the frame, barrel, cylinder, yoke, and extractor. The metal retains 90-92% of the original blue finish with some mild plum-brown surface freckling at the muzzle, and especially along the gripstraps. Additionally, there are some traces of silvering along some of the high edges and projections, and a mild turn-ring on the cylinder. The hammer and trigger have a commensurate amount of the original color case-hardening, with some minor silvering along the edges as well. The checkered, diamond-center grips are not numbered, but are in fine shape with very little flattening of the points, and a single, very small chip at the heel on the left panel. This is a very nice K-frame S&W, and is in very good-fine condition overall. FFL or C&R
