  • Price: $695.00
  • Maker: S&W
  • Model: M&P
  • Caliber: .38 Spl

  • Description: Serial #316829, .38 Special, 4" barrel with a very good bore that has freckling within the grooves and at the breech. This is a nice looking revolver that has matching numbers on the frame, barrel, cylinder, yoke, and extractor. The metal retains 90-92% of the original nickel finish with some flaking at the muzzle, as well as spots of plum-brown freckling scattered about the frame and cylinder. There is a robust turn-ring on the cylinder, and some further spots of dark freckling along the gripstraps. The trigger and hammer retain about 70-75% of the original color case-hardening, with the balance turned to a lightly freckled pewter gray patina. The checkered, diamond-center grips are numbered to the gun on the interior, and are in good-very good condition with numerous small handling marks, and moderate flattening of the points. This is a very nice S&W .38 Hand Ejector, and rates very good overall. FFL or C&R
