S&W Postwar .32 Hand Ejector Revolver (Pre-Model 30)

Description: Serial #554788, .32 S&W Long, 2" barrel with an excellent, bright bore. This revolver was made ca. 1950, and has the early five-screw frame. The revolver has matching numbers on the frame, barrel, cylinder, yoke, and ejector, with the metal retaining 92-95% of the original blue finish, with some specks of silvering along the high and exposed edges, as well as some further mild freckling on the sideplate. The hammer and trigger have nearly all of their original color case-hardening remaining, with a couple of very minor faded areas visible. The checkered, diamond-center grips are numbered to the gun on the interior, and are in very good shape with most of the handling marks and wear occurring on the left panel. The lock-up is tight and the action functions flawlessly. This is a scarce I-frame S&W, in fine overall condition, and would make a great addition to a collection. FFL or C&R
